I only take in a limited number of horses on consignment. Horses that are taken on consignment will be boarded with me while the horse is being consigned. Board rates are $225 per month and I will not be responsible if anything happens to the horse while it is in my care. The first month board is due when the horse is dropped off. Owner is responsible for all vet/medical/farrier fees while the horse is on consignment. Training fees will apply if the horse needs a tune-up before it is saleable.
Consignent fees are as follows:
20 percent of the sale price, no exceptions.
